Reflections on the American Case Management Association Conference

We had the opportunity to participate in the 7th Annual American Case Management Association (ACMA), Massachusetts Chapter Conference. This event brought together those professionals from the healthcare continuum who are dedicated to supporting transitions of care.

The day served as a powerful reminder of how essential continuing education is for life care professionals like case managers, care coordinators, social workers and discharge planners. Staying up-to-date with best practices is vital. This conference confirmed that learning and growing in our respective roles is not just beneficial—it’s crucial for providing the best possible care for patients.

The energy and conversations throughout the day reinforced how these opportunities for growth enable us to better support elderly patients and their families as they navigate the often-complicated journey to senior living. We’re proud to be part of a community that values learning, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

At Provital, we are committed to applying the best insights and resources to assist families in finding the right care solutions for their loved ones, whether it's independent living, assisted living, memory care, or short-term/respite stays.
